I got to update this with stuff.

Watched Nightfall 大追捕 today with my friends Mikey and Alan. Not bad and infinitely better than 殺人犯. Seldom watch Chinese movies at the cinema.

Day 3. Had breakfast at the hotel and another quick trip to the hot spring. After a long 4 hour bus ride to Guangzhou we are now at the CKS Ferry port waiting for the 6:00 pm boat back to TST. Waiting time about 1 hour. Along the way we stopped only once for a bathroom break and my dad bought ice-cream cones. It was a horrible combo of redbean and greentea ice-cream. Definitely on my "DO NOT EAT" list.

Day 2 started with a 7:30 morning call. Washed up and packed and headed for breakfast. Breakfast was quite bland for my taste. Had two slices of toast with butter, an egg, beans, and potato wedges. The beans were undercooked and not soft. After that it was a short ride to Dan Ha Shan.

I'm in Dan Ha Shan at the moment. The whole family is here in GuangZhou. This morning we woke up at 5:00 am to get ready to go. Drove to TST and parked the car overnight and waited around till 7:50 at Starbucks before the ferry left port. We arrived at Pan Yu Lian Hua Shan port at nearly 10:30. Took the bus over to the new GuangZhou high-speed rail to take a 45 minute ride into town.

I will be using my Blog more for work related stuff. Seems I am getting old and cannot remember anything. We have two Openfire/Jabber Servers running at our offices: Server1.hk1 and Server2.zh1. Both servers have been properly configured with the server-to-server connect and chat functionality works between users at each end. The problem was how come the Chat-Room function was not working? Users at Server1.hk1 will create the Chat Room and the users at Server2.zh1 could not connect and get a 404 not found error.

Jerry Brown, the former Governor of California, wins the race for California Governor beating E-Bay CEO Meg Whitman. It was a close race and the most expensive with Meg Whitman using her personal fortune in her bid. Newspaper sources claim that this is the most expensive race other than the presidential election. In the end I guess I am disappointed with Arnold as our Governor. A lot of hope and expectation just end into a heaping mess the past two years with infighting, furloughs, and unable to make the tough decisions that was expected. So "Expendables 2" now will have a new star.

Just read that EA's NBA Elite (Live) 11 has been canceled. So this year might be the first time that I try NBA 2K11.
